Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using quickgamesarena.com, the games (TWINFRONT, CANNONFRONT, DUELFRONT and others) and their apps (together, "the Service") provided by QuickGamesArena ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines. If this English version and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Accounts

  1. You can play without registering (as a guest) or with a registered account.
  2. Provide accurate information when registering and keep your sign-in details safe.
  3. You may not transfer, lend or sell your account.
  4. You can delete your account at any time (Privacy Policy, section 7).

2. Age

  1. The Service is available to people aged 13 and over.
  2. Users under 18 must have parental consent to use the Service and to make any purchase.

3. Free allowance and passes

  1. Each game can be played free of charge, with these limits:
    • Online matches: 3 per game per day
    • Story: unlimited in chapter 1; from chapter 2, 3 lives per game per day (one is used when you start playing and one each time you revive after losing)
    • The allowance resets at 4:00 a.m. Japan time. Matches against AI and practice do not count.
  2. Buying a game's monthly pass (DUELFRONT PASS, CANNONFRONT PASS, TWINFRONT PASS) makes that game's online matches and story lives unlimited. Passes give no gameplay advantage.
  3. Prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the Legal Notice (300 JPY per month including tax in Japan; elsewhere, the price set by the store).
  4. Passes renew automatically every month and are charged at each renewal until cancelled.
  5. You can cancel at any time. After cancelling you will not be charged again and can use the pass until the end of the paid period.
    • Purchased on the web: cancel from "Manage pass" in My Page.
    • Purchased in an app store: cancel in the store's subscription settings.
  6. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months. We will handle cases required by law, or where a malfunction on our side prevented you from using the Service, individually. Refunds for app store purchases follow each store's policy.
  7. If you already have a pass for the same game through another method (such as another store), do not buy it again.
  8. We will announce changes to prices or contents in advance. A price increase applies from the next renewal, with consent obtained as each store requires.

4. Thank-you items

  1. Thank-you items are purchases to support development. They give nothing in return in the Service (no abilities, advantages or titles).
  2. They are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we charged you twice by mistake.

5. Fair play

The following are prohibited:

  1. Cheats, modifications, automation, exploiting bugs, tampering with communications or anything else that undermines fair play
  2. Manipulating ratings or rankings with multiple accounts, or fixing matches (for example, losing on purpose)
  3. Impersonating other users
  4. Placing excessive load on, or gaining unauthorised access to, our servers or networks

6. User content (chat, forums, messages and more)

  1. You can post chat messages, forum posts, messages, display names, profiles, clan names and similar content. You are responsible for what you post.
  2. The following content is prohibited, and we have zero tolerance for it:
    • Defamation, threats, discrimination or harassment
    • Sexual content, violent or gory content, or content encouraging self-harm or suicide
    • Other people's personal information (real names, addresses, contact details, photos, etc.)
    • Illegal acts or invitations to them, advertising, solicitation or spam
    • Content infringing copyright, portrait rights or other rights
  3. You can report inappropriate content or users and block users. We review reports, in principle within 24 hours, and remove content and restrict the posting user as needed.
  4. You allow us to use what you post as needed to provide the Service (displaying, storing, reviewing reports, etc.).
  5. We may remove or hide content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Restrictions

If you violate these Terms, or we judge that you are likely to, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. Payments are not refunded in such cases, except where required by law.

8. Changes, interruptions and termination of the Service

  1. We may change the Service or interrupt or end it.
  2. We will announce the end of the Service, in principle, at least 30 days in advance, together with how remaining pass periods will be handled (including refunds).
  3. The Service may be interrupted without notice for maintenance, failures, natural disasters and similar reasons.

9. Intellectual property

Rights in the games, characters, images, music, text and programs of the Service belong to us or to their rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute or modify them except as allowed by these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

  1. We do not warrant that the Service is free of defects or fit for any particular purpose.
  2. We are not liable for damage arising in connection with the Service unless caused by our intent or gross negligence. However, if you are a consumer under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, we will compensate damage caused by our minor negligence up to the amount you paid us in the month the damage occurred.
  3. Disputes between users should be resolved between them; we will cooperate as needed, for example by handling reports.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms under the Civil Code of Japan's provisions on standard terms. We will announce the changes and their effective date in the Service in advance.

12. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes concerning the Service will be resolved by a Japanese court having jurisdiction under the law.
