Community Guidelines
Last updated: 2026-10-01
These guidelines set out what we ask of everyone so that all players can enjoy matches and conversations on QuickGamesArena ("we") with peace of mind. They form part of the Terms of Service. For anything not covered here, follow the Terms of Service (in particular Article 5 "Fair play", Article 6 "User content" and Article 7 "Restrictions"). If this English version and the Japanese version differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. What we value
- The players you face and the people you chat with are real people. Treat them with respect.
- Matches are decided by skill and ingenuity.
- The Service is for users aged 13 and over. Remember that some players are young.
2. Fair play
The following are prohibited.
- Cheating programs, modifications or automated play, exploiting bugs, or tampering with network traffic
- Manipulating ratings or rankings with multiple accounts, and match fixing such as losing on purpose
- Impersonating other users
- Putting excessive load on our servers or networks, or accessing them without authorization
If you find a bug, do not use it; please tell us through the contact form.
3. Chat and user content
Do not post any of the following in chat, forums, messages, display names, profiles, clan names or anywhere else. We have zero tolerance for such content.
- Content that defames, threatens, discriminates against or harasses others
- Sexual content, violent or gruesome content, or content that encourages self-harm or suicide
- Other people's personal information (real names, addresses, contact details, photos, etc.)
- Illegal activity or solicitation of it, advertising, solicitation or spam
- Content that infringes other people's copyrights, portrait rights or other rights
For your own safety, do not post your own real name, address, contact details, school or workplace either. Do not arrange to meet people outside the Service or exchange outside contact details.
4. Safety features
- Masking: in match chat, clan posts and clan battle messages, some inappropriate expressions are automatically masked with asterisks (*). Content that breaks these guidelines is prohibited even if it is not masked.
- Blocking: you can block a player from "Message actions" on each chat message and elsewhere. Once a player is blocked, neither of you sees the other's messages, and as a rule you are not placed in the same match room (except in some cases such as reserved clan battle seats, where messages are still hidden).
- Reporting: you can report inappropriate messages or players from "Message actions" on each chat message and elsewhere. Our team checks reports, as a rule, within 24 hours. We do not tell the reported player who reported them.
- Consent: before you play (including when you play without registering) and when you register, we ask you to agree to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and these guidelines.
5. What happens if the rules are broken
If you break these guidelines or the Terms of Service, or if we judge that you are likely to, we may take the following actions without prior notice (Terms of Service, Article 7).
- Removal or hiding of your content
- Chat restrictions (for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or indefinitely)
- Restriction of features, temporary suspension, or suspension of your account
Even in these cases, fees already paid are not refunded (except where required by law). If you have questions about an action we took, please contact us through the contact form.
6. If you need help
- If something upsetting happens, do not keep it to yourself; use blocking and reporting.
- In urgent situations, such as threats that make you fear for your safety, also contact the police or other public authorities.
- Users under 18 must use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians can also contact us through the contact form.

7. Changes to these guidelines
When we change these guidelines, we will announce it on the Service in accordance with Article 11 of the Terms of Service.
