Payment timing	Pass: the first month at purchase, then automatically on each monthly renewal date. Thank-you items: at purchase.
Delivery	Available immediately after payment is confirmed.
Term and automatic renewal	Passes renew automatically every month at the same price until cancelled.
Cancellation	You can cancel at any time: on the web from "Manage pass" in My Page; in apps from the store's subscription settings. After cancelling you will not be charged again and can use the pass until the end of the paid period.
Refunds	Due to the nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable, including partial months. We will handle cases required by law or caused by our malfunction individually. Purchases made in app stores follow each store's refund policy.
