Chess goal (What is Chess?)

A two-player game in which players take turns moving pieces and capturing opposing pieces, aiming to checkmate the opposing king.

Scene 1 Move pieces one turn at a time, alternating sides. Pawns move forward, and knights jump in an L shape. First, check the feel of advancing the white pawn to the center.
Scene 2 Capture an Opposing Piece In chess, captured pieces do not become reserve pieces. A pawn can capture only an opposing piece one square diagonally ahead.
Scene 3 Promote the Pawn A special rule similar to promotion in shogi. In most cases, you promote to the strongest piece, the queen.
